CAUTION:

Please check the following:
  1. Make sure the condenser coil is clean;
  2. There is power at the outlet, that the unit is on a dedicated circuit and not on an extension cord;
  3. If on a GFI, make sure it’s not tripped.

Otherwise, Continental WILL NOT cover the service call request and the end user will be responsible for service call charges.

Before You Call:

You will need to have the following information:
• Location Address
• Phone Numbers (cell and business location)
• Contact(s)
• Hours of Operation (including cleanup crew)
• Model and Serial # of the Unit
• Proof of Sales Receipt (if just out of warranty)
• Description of the Problem

After You Call:

They will give a repair authorization number and forward the request to Alert Refrigeration.
