CAUTION:

Please check the following:
  1. Make sure the condenser coil is clean;
  2. There is power at the outlet, that the unit is on a dedicated circuit and not on an extension cord;
  3. If on a GFI, make sure it’s not tripped.

Otherwise, True Manufacturing WILL NOT cover the service call request and the end user will be responsible for service call charges.

Customer must first call True Manufacturing Warranty Department to establish warranty

You will need to have the following information:
• Model and Serial # of the Unit
• Proof of Sales Receipt (if just out of warranty)
• Description of the Problem

After You Call:

Once warranty has been established, please call or fax our office with the service request and information mentioned above.
